How do I place an order?

We strive to make your ordering experience as simple as possible, so we offer five easy options to place an order:

• Online: Visit caresfield.com and select Login at the top of the page. Log in to your account or complete the form to Create an Account (please have your customer account number and billing zip code ready to expedite account approval).
• Email: Send your request to sales@caresfield.us
• Phone: Call 952-890-7100 and select Option 1 to place and order with a Customer Service representative
• EDI: Submit your order via GHX
• Fax: Fax your order to 952-520-3787
